KICKOFF MEETING – 20th-21th October 2018 – Potenza (Italy)
YDMS had its official kick-off meeting in Potenza, Italy, from 19-21 October. Project coordinators from Italy, Spain, Germany and Denmark met to discuss how to get the project underway. The next phases of the project were discussed, with an eye on identifying 5 historical spots and stories of significance in the partner country cities. All the coordinators put our heads together to envision in more detail what the stories might entail and how best to create the tourist route. Coordinators left ready to jump in and identify the 5 best spots in their own city, with the lovely backdrop of Potenza all around to inspire.
2nd MEETING – 20th-21th May 2019 – Ibi (Spain)
YDMS held its second coordinators meeting in Ibi, Spain from 19-21 May, 2019. Coordinators gathered from 4 European countries participating in YDMS: Italy, Spain, Germany and Denmark, to discuss next steps for finalizing our live performance scripts and the accompanying app. Ost-Passage Theater gave an informative presentation on tips for script-writing and AIJU showed us around their organizational headquarters, including the toyroom! We left inspired to write dialogues for our characters and work on the accompanying game, working on this truly innovative, creative and exciting project!
